Fresh out of the University of Central Florida in 1986 where he competed on the Knights’ water-ski team, Mike went to work for Allstate Insurance, learning the ins and outs of the insurance industry. As he gained experience and earned the trust of his clients, Mike’s entrepreneurial spirit led him down a path to start his own company. He’s driven to offer his customers the best rates possible, and help them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. When Mike’s not overseeing the success of this small business, he enjoys water skiing, playing golf, and traveling the country with his family in their RV.
Jahaira Gutierrez, Sales Agent
Born in Puerto Rico and now living in Central Florida for the last 36 years, Jahaira loves the customer service aspects of her job. Not one to take her clients for granted, she’s honored that they trust her with their insurance needs. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jahaira’s focus is on home insurance. When she’s setting up home insurance policies so her clients can close on their dream home, you can find Jahaira helping out at her church, and exploring new outdoor activities with her family.
Toni Johnson, Sales Agent
Toni is a lifelong Floridian who grew up and went to school in Central Florida. The main reason why she loves her job: serving the needs of her clients. And what she really enjoys is connecting with the people in our community. When she’s not helping a new homeowner secure insurance, or assisting clients to fulfill their auto insurance needs, you can find Toni cooking or spending time with her family.
Edna Renard, Sales Agent
Edna is a fully bilingual English/Spanish sales agent who has been living in Central Florida for over 20 years. She truly loves her job and enjoys working with Floridian families to help them fulfill their insurance needs. Edna provides business quotes to clients on a regular basis. She’s the liaison point between mortgages brokers, realtors, and clients. When she is not developing new business, you can find Edna listening to music or watching a comedy show.
Cybel Bruder, Sales Agent
Cybel is originally from Chicago and has been living in Florida for 28 years. She has an in-depth experience of the insurance industry and has been in business for 21 years. She takes pride in explaining insurance coverage, what it means, and how it works. When she’s not sharing her knowledge about the ins and outs of an insurance policy to homeowners in either English or Spanish, Cybel is spending quality time with her family, with her children, and with her mini poodle.
Sherrone Gilchrist, Customer Service
Originally from Buffalo , NY ;Sheronne moved to Florida with her family in 1998. Sheronne has always been customer service orientated . With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, she demonstrates her knowledge while having empathy for customers concerns. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Julissa Ortiz, Customer Service
Julissa was born in Ohio and moved to Central Florida when she was 5 years old. She has worked in the Customer Service Industry since she was 19 years old, and she continues to serve at Dehlinger Insurance. She is also bilingual and is very proud and grateful to be able to spread her knowledge to her Latin community. When she is not serving clients, she loves to just be home with her beautiful daughter and husband watching movies and eating popcorn!
Natalie Lee, Customer Service
Natalie moved from Connecticut to Central Florida in 1989. She has a thorough experience of the insurance industry because she’s been working in the field since she was 19 years old. Natalie finds fulfillment in her work when she educates people on insurance coverage. She loves knowing that she’s there to look out for her clients’ best interest. When she’s not sharing her in-depth insurance knowledge with her clients, Natalie loves spending time with her extended family and kids.
Marixsa Senquiz, Customer Service
Marixsa is originally from Lorain, Ohio, and has been living in Central Florida for 15 years. She loves the family type of relationship that has blossomed at Dehlinger Insurance. Not only does she help people with their insurance needs, but she enjoys seeing how their families grow! Marixsa finds meaning from her work when she helps her clients fulfill their goals from the purchase of a new home or car.
